The Mirage Private Members Club Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  1. These Terms & Conditions govern The Mirage Private Members Club. No changes to these Terms will be valid unless agreed in writing.
  2. The Mirage reserves the right to amend advertised services or activities without notice and to refuse entry or participation to anyone deemed unsuitable, prioritising the safety of all guests. The club accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to personal property or vehicles. Parking is at the owner’s risk.
  3. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject individuals displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or antisocial behaviour, including those under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Duty Manager’s decision is final. Membership may be revoked at any time without compensation.
  4. Guests causing damage to property or facilities will be held responsible for repair or replacement costs, including any lost revenue resulting from unavailable facilities.
  5. Late arrivals may be denied entry due to health and safety concerns without refund or compensation.
  6. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for entry refusal or cancellations. Guests are advised to contact enquiries@mirageswingers.co.uk or our WhatsApp support number at 07508 201792 with concerns before considering legal action.
  7. On your first visit as a member, you must sign a document confirming that you agree to all club rules and Terms & Conditions.


Hotel Terms and Conditions


Terms of Booking

  1. These Terms apply to all bookings made at The Mirage.
  2. Check-In/Out: Check-in is from 400 PM, and check-out is by 11.30 PM.
  3. All bookings are subject to availability. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  4. Prices are per room, per night, and include VAT.
  5. Age Policy: Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
  6. The Mirage reserves the right to temporarily withdraw facilities or services without notice or compensation due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Hotel rooms are exclusively available to event attendees. Event tickets must be purchased in conjunction with hotel accommodation.


Behavioural Expectations

  1. Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully and must not disrupt others. Those who fail to comply may be asked to leave without refund or compensation.
  2. Guests may bring food or drink to their hotel rooms but are not permitted to consume these in club areas. A corkage fee of £150 will apply if this rule is breached, and membership may be revoked.
  3. All bar tabs must be settled before leaving the premises.
  4. Any damage caused to property or facilities will result in charges for repair or replacement, along with additional costs for any resulting loss of revenue.


Health and Safety

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, and a £150 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
  2. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests.
  3. Random bag checks may be conducted to ensure compliance with safety policies, including the club’s zero-tolerance stance on drug and alcohol misuse.


Facilities

● Parking: Free on-site parking is available.
● Rooms: King-size bedrooms are designed to provide comfort and luxury.


Membership Rules

  1. Membership Applications: Applications are subject to review and ID verification by management within 72 hours. Failure to provide verification may result in cancellation without refund.
  2. Membership Types:
    • Couples Memberships: If you hold a couples membership but plan to attend an event as a solo member, please inform us in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
    • Single Memberships (Male/Female/Trans): Specific rules apply, and single males may need to pre-book to maintain event ratios.
  3. Disabled Access: We offer disabled access and facilities to ensure all members can enjoy their experience. If you are disabled and would like to join, please get in touch to arrange a consultation call or visit so we can accommodate your needs.
  4. Guest Consultations: We regularly conduct consultations with our members and guests to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the club experience.
  5. Guests may not attend without prior approval.
  6. On your first event as a member, you will be required to sign a document confirming that you agree to all club rules and Terms & Conditions.


Cancellations and Refunds

1. All bookings are final and non-refundable unless a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond the club’s control.
